I’m a systemic practitioner with a background in speech pathology and a deep interest in leadership, communication, and relational health.

My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, language and communication science and trauma-informed practice

I don’t come in to “fix” people or organisations; I come alongside them.

I help leaders, teams, and individuals slow down, think clearly, and communicate in ways that support clarity, confidence, and connection.
