access our services
Inner Circle Therapy sets its fee schedule in accordance with the relevant guidelines outlined by the funding bodies that support access to allied health services (NDIS, NIISQ, Workcover). For private fee paying clients rebates may be available through Medicare and Private Health Funds.
Fee schedules will be sent out upon enquiry and no-charge15-minute enquiry calls are available to see if we're the right fit.

Medicare
​Medicare rebates are available for referrals received from GPs With a Chronic Disease Management Plan a rebate of $65.30 is available. Individuals can access 5 rebated sessions for a range of allied health services (5 in total not 5 per discipline) for complex health needs. Those under 25 years with complex neurodevelopmental or disability can receive Medicare rebates for up to 4 allied health assessment sessions and up to 20 sessions of therapy. Current rebate is $85.20 per assessment or intervention session.

NDIS
The NDIS is a funding scheme available to people diagnosed with a disability. If you currently have NDIS funding, and you are self-managed or plan managed, you can use your funding towards our speech pathology services.

Private Insurance
If you are with a health fund, you may be able to claim speech pathology services. Speech pathology services come under the following item numbers, which you can use to help you determine if you are covered: 320 – Speech Pathology – Assessment 340 – Speech Pathology – Therapy consultation

NIISQ
Inner Circle Therapy is a registered National Injury Insurance Scheme vendor. Anyone who experiences serious personal injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Queensland, on or after 1 July 2016, may be eligible to receive support from NIISQ.

Cancellations
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We just ask that you let us know with 2 business days' notice to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel within 2 business days of your appointment time, 50% of the total appointment fee is due. If you cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment start time, the full appointment fee is due. If you fail to show for your appointment, the full appointment fee is due.
