We work with people experiencing voice difficulties such as hoarseness, vocal fatigue, or changes in how their voice sounds or feels. Whether due to injury, overuse, or underlying conditions, we work to understand the cause and provide evidence-based strategies to restore healthy, confident voice use.

Swallowing difficulties (known as dysphagia) can occur for a range of reasons including disability, neuro-degeneration or general aging. At Inner Circle Therapy we specifically work with adults to provide careful assessment of swallowing skills to identify risks and  provide recommendations.

Inner Circle Therapy supports children who experience difficulties with eating or meal times such as trouble accepting a range of foods or managing the sensory and social aspects of eating. These challenges can impact nutrition, growth, and family routines. Using a family therapy frame, we help families to make mealtimes safer, more enjoyable, and more successful.

Inner Circle Therapy has training in FBT for Anorexia and feels strongly about helping families to navigate their child's recovery from an eating disorder. We support families to make sense of their child's illness and help them to find ways to offer support during meal times.

Inner Circle Therapy acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work. We pay our deep respects to Elders past and present. We acknowledge the strength, wisdom, and storytelling traditions that continue to shape this land and its peoples.

Inner Circle Therapy acknowledges the unique challenges faced by people from marginalised communities, including LGBTQIAP+ individuals, First Nations peoples, people with disabilities, people experiencing mental ill-health and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Your experiences matter. Your voices deserve to be heard, held, and respected.
