Supervision & Support

No-one can do it alone! Which is exactly why we exist - because we believe that who you choose to have supporting you to grow through life's challenges is important.  Inner Circle Therapy offers supervision for speech pathologists and mental health clinicians as well as support for parents, carers and families.

Professionals

Clinical supervision offers speech pathologists a supportive space to strengthen their skills, deepen their understanding of discipline-specific work, and feel more confident in their practice. Systemic supervision provides an opportunity to reflect on complex situations, whether within workplace dynamics, with families, or in professional relationships.

Leadership

Leadership isn't only about titles, it's also about how you lead yourself with purpose, courage, and compassion. This offering is a space to reflect on and shape your unique leadership style or make sense of and navigate workplace challenges through a systemic lense. You may also like to receive guidance and coaching for interviewing or practice interviewing skills.

Families/Carers

Communication (and language) is deeply connected to relationships, belonging and daily functioning. When a family member experiences communication challenges, it can affect how the whole family interacts and understands each other.  We can help strengthen these connections, build supportive environments for growth, and empower family members.

Single Sessions

Single session approaches offer a focused and collaborative way to engage in therapy. We spend time thinking together about a specific problem, with the goal of developing strategies or new perspectives. It's an opportunity to create meaningful change in just one conversation, with the option to come back whenever you need.
